ABOUT

Joe has more than 18 years’ experience in technical and management roles for facilities management providers including Johnson Controls and CBRE. His core skillset is electrical engineering and design but has worked across a diverse range of building services environments delivering engineering solutions and project management.

Joe is part of the senior leadership team and leads Resero's project department including overseeing project lifecycles from concept to handover/in-use stages. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers, APM PMQ, City & Guilds 2330 in Electro-technical Engineering (levels 1,2&3), Institution of Leadership and Management levels 2&3, NEBOSH Diploma, BS 7671 IET, HABC Level 2 in Legionella Management
