Andrew is a founder of Resero. He has more than 30 years of experience as a commercial property and engineering consultant including working for the Valuation Office Agency and Deloitte.

Andrew is one of the sector’s leading experts on using modelling software for strategic asset management. Andrew is the author of the Building Physics Module for the Energy Institute's Energy Management Professional qualification(s).

As of 2023, Andrew took on a Non-Executive Director role.
