ABOUT

Alan joined Resero with over 10 years experience in building services. He has worked as an energy manager, facilities manager and account manager for a number of FM service providers including SPIE. He has overseen the delivery of planned, reactive and capex projects over a diverse range of national portfolios.

Alan is part of the senior leadership team and his remit includes auditing of contractors, maintenance contract mobilisation, project specifications, management and CDM co-ordination, quote approval and advice and tender evaluations. Alan leads on the development of Resero's software solutions, working closely with EDGE APM.
